Custom Wood Assemblies

Some products are just too heavy to be adequately protected by foam and corrugated paper alone. In these cases, we can design and manufacture wood pallets, crates, and support structures. Cushioning materials may also be incorporated in our designs to provide additional protection throughout the shipping cycle.

Our wood assemblies can be designed to be reusable or for use as a single shipment. Crates can be shipped fully assembled or knocked down ready for final assembly at your facility.
